Our Buy, Try & Return Program
We know a lot about jewelry. We know what it’s like to buy something in a shop, only to take it home and realize it doesn’t work with your wardrobe. We started our Buy, Try & Return Program to eliminate that hassle. Here’s how it works:

Buy anything from our website and we’ll ship it to you for free. If you decide it doesn’t work for you, for any reason, and just send it back within 30 days. As long as the piece is in new condition, we’ll send you a refund check right away, and even refund your cost of shipping the piece back to us. That’s the kind of company we like to do business with; so that’s the kind of company we are.

Quality
Because each piece is handmade, we pay careful attention to originality and craftsmanship. Gemstones are natural minerals and can vary in size, color and shape. Even though we do our best to accurately reflect the color of each piece on the Web site, you may see it differently on your monitor.
Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you wish to order by phone or email and pay by check, please allow seven business days for your check to clear.

Shipping
Your merchandise will be shipped within two business days if it’s in stock. If not, we’ll let you know when to expect it. We ship via Priority Mail. If you want faster service, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If your merchandise arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at 415/456-0930.

Repairs
Our stringing techniques are strong and resilient. At times, though, breaks can happen. We’ll make repairs for the first year you own a piece. So it’s a good idea to hang on to your sales receipt. Please call 415-456-0930 for the address and send the item, well-protected and insured, including any beads or gems that may have fallen off. We promise to return your piece, repaired, within 15 days. Sometimes the materials are not available to repair old or discontinued items: in that case, some substitutions may be made.
